About Me
I have been sewing since I received my first machine at age 8.
It was a toy Singer and I loved to create all sorts of doll
clothing. From there I “graduated” to my
mother’s machine and started to sew many of my dresses. I
took various classes over the years, and in 1983, I started to
quilt; all by hand. Being busy with a teenager, I didn’t
get back to quilting until 1999. It was then that I took a class
and was hooked. That first year I made 6 quilts, designing some
on my own. I took every color and technique class I could
find.
I now have 2 Bernina sewing machines, a Singer Featherweight, a
Babylock Serger and an A-1 Longarm machine. I also (still) love
my handwork and am working on a Baltimore Album quilt.
My love for quilting has now grown into a desire to help others
with their sewing and quilting needs. From T-Shirt quilts to
quilting your top on my longarm machine to designing your custom
or memory quilt, I will be glad to assist you with any of your
quilting needs.
Thanks for visiting my website and please contact me if I can be
of service to you. Meanwhile, feel free to take a look around my
